Q: What types of homes do you offer?
A: We offer homes across a varied price range, including many floor plans. 2-4-bedroom homes are available. Whether you are looking for a “fixer-upper” or a brand-new home, we have got you covered!
Q: Where are your communities located?
A: Our communities are located in a variety of cities and towns across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan.
Q: How do I access more information about a particular community?
A: To discover more about a particular community, please visit our website, www.homesourceone.net, and click on the “Communities” tab. From there, select the community you are interested in learning more about.
Q: How can I view what homes are currently available?
A: All of our homes that are currently up for sale can be found on our website, as well as MHVillage.com.
Q: I am looking for a home that I can purchase and move to my own land. Is this allowed?
A: We do not allow any of our inventory to be relocated. If you purchase a home from us, it must remain in the community which it is currently located.
Q: Where can I find community rules and policies?
A: All general community rules and policies can be found on our website under Resources => Guidelines for Living.
Financing Questions
Q: Is financing available for the purchase of a home in a community?
A: Yes, the community manager would be able to provide a list of possible lenders to finance the purchase of a home.
Q: Do you offer rent-to-own?
A: We do not offer the option for a rent to own. All of our homes are “For Sale” only.
Q: What documentation is usually required to obtain home financing?
A: A completed loan application, proof of income, proof of identification, and a down payment to purchase the home. (generally, a 10% minimum is required)

Q: I am interested in a particular home on the website. How do I go about contacting someone if I have questions or want to set up a tour?
A: If you want to submit an inquiry regarding a home, please submit a contact form on our website and a member of our staff will be in contact with you shortly!
Q: Do you have any video tours available?
A: We are expanding our virtual tour library! To view what virtual tours we currently have available, please visit our website, and click on the “Tour Homes” tab.
